Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are crafted in Europe, produced within our solar-powered facilities, utilizing sustainably sourced wood from our expansive 100-hectare forest.
Do you have a showroom?
We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical showroom at the moment. We offer virtual consultations and in-home appointments anywhere in the GTA. To schedule an appointment, please contact us via email.
Is FEYDOM a new brand?
FEYDOM was founded in 2005 in North Macedonia. Since then, we’ve expanded our design portfolio, won international awards, and opened showrooms in over 20 countries worldwide.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is included in the purchase price anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Additional shipping charges may apply for anywhere outside the GTA in Ontario. To calculate the shipping cost, simply add the desired product in your cart and add your postal code at checkout before proceeding to make the payment.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
For in-stock items, we offer immediate shipping, ensuring that your order is dispatched as soon as possible. If you are located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), you can typically expect delivery within up to 2 weeks from the date of your order.
If the item you've ordered is currently made to order or out of stock, the delivery timeframe is estimated to be around 12 to 15 weeks. This allows us to accommodate the production and shipping process.
* Please note that due to international shipping on items that are out of stock, delivery dates may be subject to delays caused by transportation issues beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
The method for tracking your order depends on whether the items are in stock or made to order.
For in-stock items, once your order is ready for shipment, our carrier will reach out to you directly to schedule the delivery. They will provide you with a tracking link that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.
For orders that are made to order, tracking updates may not be available until the container carrying the items arrives in Canada. Once the container has arrived, our carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. At this point, you will receive the necessary tracking information to monitor the delivery process.
Do you offer shipping outside of Ontario?
The method for tracking your order depends on whether the items are in stock or made to order.
Yes, we do. To receive a shipping quote for locations outside of Ontario, please contact us via email by providing the model you are interested in and your postal code.
How do the modules stay connected?
The modules of our sofas are designed to stay connected securely to ensure stability and prevent sliding. Our models utilize hook-and-loop strips, also known as Velcro, to keep the elements in place. These strips are strategically placed on the bottom or sides of the modules, allowing them to interlock and stay connected firmly.
For added convenience and stability, our BONBON model goes a step further by incorporating wheels with locking mechanisms. These wheels enable easy movement of the sofa when needed, and the locking feature ensures that the modules remain securely in place once positioned.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing through Affirm or Klarna on our website at checkout.
Can I purchase additional modules or replacement covers at a later date?
Yes, you can purchase additional elements or replacement covers at any time. Our sofas are designed to be versatile and customizable, allowing you to add elements or change covers according to your needs or preferences.
* Please note that subtle variations in fabric colour may occur due to factors such as dye lots or manufacturing processes. While we strive to maintain colour consistency, we cannot guarantee an exact match for additional elements or replacement covers ordered at a later date. These colour variations are a natural occurrence and not considered a defect.
Do you have pet friendly fabric?
All our furniture is available in pet-friendly fabric option. Our most pet-friendly fabric available is MOLLIA, offering ease of cleaning, efficient hair removal, and resistance to scratching.
How do I wash the covers?
Check the care label: Start by checking the care label attached to the inside of the sofa covers, usually found at the edge of the cover. Follow these specific instructions to ensure the best results.
Remove the covers: If your modular sofa has removable covers, carefully remove them from the sofa, starting at the corners. Most modular sofas have individual covers for each section, making it easier to clean them separately.
Spot cleaning: Before washing the entire cover, inspect it for any stains or spills. Spot clean any visible stains using a mild detergent or a stain remover suitable for the fabric type. Gently blot the stain with a clean cloth or sponge, following the instructions provided by the stain remover.
Machine wash: Once you have removed the sofa covers, ensure that the velcro sections are securely fastened to the inner fabric. This is done to prevent the velcro from sticking to other areas of the fabric and damaging it. Next, place the covers in the washing machine using a gentle cycle and cold water.
Drying the covers: Do NOT put the covers in the machine dryer. To air dry, lay the covers flat on a clean surface or hang them up to dry. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can fade or distort the fabric.
Reassemble the covers: Once the covers are clean and dry, carefully put them back on the respective sections of your modular sofa. Make sure they fit snugly and are properly aligned.
