Return and Refund

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and wrapped for secure transport. This means that the product returned must be un-assembled and packaged in as new condition. If the merchandise is not in new condition, the return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. All custom made furniture pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product by any chance, please contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo. We will take care of the rest!
