Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
The merchant, FEYDOM CANADA, reserves the right to cancel an order within 3 days of purchase. Customers may also cancel their orders within 24 hours of payment if the order was placed by mistake and has not yet been dispatched from the warehouse or shipped to the customer. Price Match Guarantee
If you've placed an order for a sofa with us and find the exact same model at a lower price before your delivery date, FEYDOM CANADA will match that price. Price matching is applicable only for customers who have not yet received their sofa. The item being price matched must be the identical model, including fabric, colour, size, and any additional features.
