Shipping

Free delivery is available in all of GTA. For postal codes located outside of the free delivery zone, additional shipping fees will apply. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date. The transportation company will confirm a delivery window between 7 AM and 10 PM one day prior to the delivery date.

All orders that are in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks from the day of payment of the order. For all orders that are made to order or out-of-stock, we appreciate your patience as our products are manufactured in Europe and the delivery time is approximately 15-20 weeks from the date of your order.

*Please note that due to international shipping on items that are out of stock, delivery dates may be subject to delays caused by transportation issues beyond our control.

Carriers

We use a number of different carriers including our own in-house delivery service.

White Glove In-Home Delivery

We also offer white glove delivery service which is a little more expensive but the products will be brought into your home. We will assemble your product in your home, remove the packing materials and leave your home mess-free. To request a quote, please contact us at info@feydom.ca

We reserve the right to update or change our Shipping Policy at any time and you should check this Shipping Policy periodically.
